Though nontoxic in nature, these products are NOT FOR CONSUMPTION, they are to be used only for industrial cold chain packing purposes only​

- Are your ice packs suitable for use on body parts?

Using cold/frozen ice packs directly on the skin can result in a ‘cold burn’, hence its is advised that you check with your medical /healthcare professional before using the same on your body

- What should be done if a child or pet ingests a gel pack?

-Could you provide guidance on the usage of the Gel Pouch Ice Pack?

Please do note the best practices for the usage of gel ice packs before use. These products are to be used as temperature assurance packaging products only and not mixed with the payload. Users are advised to carry out ‘dry runs’ to get the best results. Visit our resources page for more information

- Is there a minimum order requirement to purchase from DS Enterprises?

Our products are sold on an ex-works basis, hence MOQ does not apply

- How long does it typically take to freeze a gel pack?

We would typically suggest hard freezing the packs at a minimum of -15c for a period of 24 hours prior to use. This process is called reconditioning

- Are DS gel packs reusable?

As long as care is taken to prevent damage to the packs and are stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight, the packs can be reused. However, the packs must be reconditioned by freezing them at the advised temperatures and conditions before reuse

​- If gel leakage occurs on produce/food, is the food still safe for consumption?

In the event of a tear in the pouch or leakage where the gel has mixed with the payload, we would recommend discarding the food package or item

- Do you export?
